These terms and conditions of sale shall control all sales, including all direct shipment sales arranged by or through J&J Blinds LLC whether materials are delivered by or through J&J Blinds LLC.
PURCHASER AGREES THAT J&J BLINDS LLC SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MANUFACTURER OR SHIPPING DEFECT. Purchaser further agrees to hold J&J Blinds LLC harmless for any manufacturer or shipping defect and for any injury to person or otherwise due to said defects.
Use of this blind is inherently dangerous. Hunting from a hunting blind is an inherently dangerous sport. For the safety and enjoyment of all users please follow the instructions and warnings from J&J Blinds LLC. The user of this blind is ultimately responsible for his/her own safety, using this blind at their own risk. Do not use any heating device or item that produces an open flame or fume in this blind. This blind is considered an enclosure and is not suitable for any heating or cooking product that is labeled for outdoor use. Failure to adhere with this warning may result in serious injury or death. Incorrectly elevating this blind can result in serious injury or death, you do so at your own risk. J&J Blinds LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the installation, use or misuse of this blind.
